Cancelling an order:-
Please note, orders that are in the shipping system cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been shipped, we regret to say that we are unable to cancel and refund the cost of goods.
To prevent unnecessary CO2 generation during transport, we limit the distance our orders travel by shipping our orders directly to you from where they're manufactured.
Eliminating extra fulfilment centres might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of Co2 from entering the atmosphere.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days. Sometimes during busy periods this can be longer. We allow up to 30 business days for delivery before a full refund is issued.
